Cash Elevator is a gothic Reel Kingdom steampunk slot, and low value symbols are removed chronologically as you move from floor 1 to 12. The top 13th floor triggers a Hold & Respins round with multipliers and cash prizes, and there is also a stacked walking wild bonus round to look forward to. The volatility is high, and you can win up to 20,000x your stake.

Cash Elevator Review
Reel Kingdom has deviated somewhat from their usual style with this release, as Cash Elevator is a mix of photorealistic elements, hollywood actor lookalikes and steampunk visuals. The piccolo on the splash screen looks like a young Rob Love, while the gothic femme fatale is a dead ringer for Angelina Jolie. Everything is set in a spooky old hotel, and the bellboy is not really the handsome lad he seems to be.
The high volatility, combined with the elevator feature, ensures plenty of ups and downs in this game, and you’ll basically move from floor to floor like a yo-yo. The 13th floor triggers the Hold & Spin feature, and both Hollywood star lookalikes are active as walking wild lovers in the bonus round. Ascending the stories of the haunted hotel removes low value symbols, and fans of The Shining will probably feel right at home.
Cash Elevator Slot - Reels ScreenCash Elevator Features
The Cash Elevator feature is always doing its thing, and the Hotel comes with 14 different floors including the basement level. You start out on the 1st floor, where all pay symbols included in the paytable can land.

As you move up to the 2nd floor and higher, the lowest value symbols are removed one by one per floor. Floor 12 is the highest you can go in the base game, and here you play with only the top paying hotel/logo symbol and the second highest value moon/cat symbol.
You move up one floor whenever you land a winning combo with the lowest value symbol present on that level.
You can also land special arrow symbols on reel 3, and this will move you up or down 1 to 3 floors, depending on which way the arrow is pointing. If the arrow symbols take you down to the basement, you will be moved to a random floor of 1 through 12. Your progress is saved per bet level, and you start over on floor 1 if you change to a bet size where no progress has been made.
Cash Elevator Slot - Free SpinsThe Dead Lovers Bonus Round is triggered when you land a fully expanded 1x3 wild on reels 2 or 4. A pick’em game determines your number of free spins between 6 and 12, and triggering the feature with 2 wilds award between 12 and 24 spins.
As the bonus round starts, you will be moved to a random floor, and both reel 1 and 5 are occupied by a full 1x3 wild (piccolo Rob Love and gothic steampunk Angelina Jolie). Depending on what winning combos you land, the 2 lover wilds can move towards the middle, where they meet and generate a green toxic cloud. The piccolo’s true zombie nature is then revealed, and you get +5 extra spins.
The Hold & Spin feature triggers when you reach the top 13th floor, and it plays out on a reel set where only special symbols and blanks can land.
You get 4 respins, and the tally resets for each non-blank symbol you land. A pick’em game determines up front how many sticky cash symbols you start with, from 3 to 11.All non-blank symbols become sticky, and these can be cash symbols or multiplier symbols up to 10x. The total multiplier you’ve racked up will apply to your total winnings, and you can also land floor specific cash symbols. When the feature ends, you’re taken to a random floor, as the base game resumes.
The 200 Spins Cash Elevator Experience
You can see the Hold and Spins feature and Dead Lovers Free Spins play out from 00:55 into the 4 and a half minutes highlights video. Simply hit the play button, and you’re good to go.
Review Summary
While we do like the elevator concept Reel Kingdom has come up with in Cash Elevator, the execution could have been better. We don’t quite get the undead love story either. Why does the Rob Love lookalike bellboy turn into a zombie in the bonus round, and why does the Angelina Jolie lookalike goth girl keep being attracted to him after that. So many questions, so few answers.
It’s a good thing she is though, as you’ll need plenty of extra spins to come close to the announced 20,000x potential.
The highest possible single spin payout is only 1,000x your stake, and the Streak Respins feature doesn’t seem like something that can make a massive dent. We like that developers experiment and explore different avenues, but this one needs a bit of an overhaul to avoid being a dead end.Pros
- Low-value symbol removal per floor
- Reach 13th floor to trigger Streak Respins
- Bonus round w/ walking wilds
- Win up to 20,000x your stake
Cons
- Single spin max win is 1,000x your stake
